Robert Sairsingh
F.I.C.A.
Robert is the Managing Director of Aedis Ltd., the holding company of Ideas Marketing.
He is qualified as a Fellow Member and Certified Compliance Professional with the International Compliance Association. He is also a Licensed Notary Public in and for the Cayman Islands.
Over the past 15 years, Robert has worked as a Compliance Officer/Compliance Manager and Senior Audit Manager within two leading financial services providers in the Cayman Islands.
Robert’s expertise and experience have been honed in all sectors of the financial services industry and particularly within the community of compliance professionals in the Cayman Islands and internationally.
Michael Ricketts
Creative Director
Michael is a director of Aedis Ltd. Holding company for Ideas Marketing. He has over 30 years’ experience working in the marketing and creative industry. He has become a renowned and respected graphic designer and visual communicator.
Michael’s experience goes way back to 1988 when he started working at The Jamaica Record newspaper and The Jamaica Herald in 1992, where he was employed as a young graphic artist with responsibility for graphic design and layout for the newspaper and its publications. In 1996 he started Michael Ricketts and Associates, a graphic design studio which later merged with AMK Communications Limited. During his years at AMK, he was a Vice President with responsibilities for the Graphic, Production and IT departments.
He had direct responsibility for all the major accounts namely ScotiaMINT, a subsidiary of Scotia Bank; Fimi Wireless, a Digicel authorised dealer and GSB Cooperative, a credit union for government workers, among various others.
In Cayman, Michael was the Head of Department for the Graphics, Production and IT departments at Cayman Net News between April 2005 and September 2008.
Michael is currently the Creative Director of Ideas Marketing, with responsibility for creative development and graphic design of various projects on behalf of its clients. He has an eye for detail and believes in offering the client the very best at all times … from concept to delivery, always with a smile.
Chineka Lee (Jordan)
Sales Representative
Jordan is a sales representative at Ideas Marketing, who joined us in June 2021. She is pleasant and has an alluring smile, has a good track record of landing a high percentage of her prospective clients due to her ability to build relationships, service her clients and over time build our customer base.
Through her persistent follow up and endurance, she has been able to land a number clients which has greatly enhanced the company’s bottom line namely JN Cayman, Ashley Furniture, Touch of Thai Day Spa, IMP Movers, Smith Road Plaza and Judah Construction to name a few.
Brian Maragh
Production / Installer
Brian, our newest member of staff, comes to us from Jamaica with a wealth of knowledge in sign making, printing and production, and installation of various types of signs – from vehicle decals and vehicle wrapping, to installing acrylic or pvc signs.
He has responsibilities for providing pre-press work on all our various print projects, production and installation of all types of signs and fixing and maintaining our printing and cutting machines.
Brian has technical knowledge and experience operating various type of printers; Roland, Mutoh, AGFA and Mimaki printers to name a few. He also has technical competence in operating Roland VersaWorks software, creating graphics with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Corel Draw, cutting types with Flexi Signs and Cutting Master, and operating CNC Routers.
